“Need serious renovation / Old facility in Hot springs”

This hotel needs serious renovation; women's bathroom was just too old. Two out of three facets were broken, toilets were old and stink! Futons were saggy and smells old too. Food was mediocre and very expensive. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all! More

It is the worst, unreliable and ridiculous hotel I have never seen. I had made and confirmed the reservation since Sept for 1 night on Nov 05th. After I left my country for Japan and have received the email from this hotel in Nov said "Sorry, we do not have a room for you, can you book in somewhere else."... More
