We travelled to this hotel from Southampton by ferry and car. It was a beautiful way to spend our second wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Morroccan themed suite which was really pretty. Didn't see any others but would happily recommend the hotel based on our unique room. Great spot, good recommendations for local places to eat which were great.... More

We stumbled upon this place by accident, and were very pleased with our 'accident. Not cheap for one one night stop-over, but worth it in terms of the relaxation and peace of our stay. Within short walking distance of the lovely Jumieges abbey ruins, but on the outskirts of the village, so you're surrounded by beautiful rural fields. Rooms were... More

This is a cute property, but, as a spa, it is certainly not luxurious, towels rather thin, toiletries very minimal, not that we "did the spa thing", however. AC is important to us, so I always ask if the AC will be functioning at the time of year we are traveling. By email in response, I was told "all our... More

We did a one night stopover here on the way back to London but would happily have stayed more. The room was perfect; large, lots of storage, really wonderful mattresses, and large clean bathrooms with a jacuzzi. Also has free internet access that works and good cable TV. I have stayed at 5* hotels with rooms this good. The location... More

Travelled as part of 9 Car Supercar Rally in April 2010, one can only say this was a totally unexpected and quite superb little treasure. The staff could not have been more helpful and generous. The web site simply does not do the hotel justice, the rooms are great and the themes quirky, yet brilliant presented. We all had to... More

We stayed at this hotel on the basis of the previous comments on Tripadvisor. This a fairly newly-built hotel, not as we expected. The room was OK but not up to the standard we thought that it would be, given the cost. We had breakfast but it was a limited selection and there was no one around (this was at... More

I will try not to let the items stolen from my room and the owners complete disinterest in the matter cloud my judgement on this establishment as by and large it is a nice place to stay. I had booked one standard room for my grandparents on a low floor and one suite with a large bath for myself and... More

We stayed over the Easter period for one night, on our way back to Calais. We loved the surrounding countryside, the magnificent River Seine, the little village of Jumieges and the wonderful Abbey ruins. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so we had lunch in the nearby Michelin recommended Auberge de Ruines, which was 7 courses! (An Easter special I... More

Four of us stopped here on our way to a wedding. The rooms were individual, spaceous and smart. The buildings are modern but to a traditional Normandy architectual style. The beds were comfortable and the location (within walking distance of the ancient abbey) has fine views down towards, but not of, the Seine. It does not have a restaurant, but... More
