“Had a WONDERFUL TIME”

OK its BASIC...BUT its wonderful..back to basics yes but in a severe snowstorm the barman offered o take us to the local bar in his trabant...this journey I will take with me to the grave!!! You can stick your DB9 or Ferraris...the trabant in the snow is something else....back to the hotel....we had a fresh bucket of cold water in... More

Skiing Pamporovo, 13th-20th Jan 2008 with Balkan Holidays. Delayed due to fog for 8hrs and had to land in Burgas instead of Plovdiv - again due to fog - then transfer to Plovdiv by coach, 4hrs. Then from there onto Pamporovo, 2hrs by coach; arrived midday Mon 14/01/08. We were lucky as all other airlines landed in Greece. Return trip... More

We booked with Balkan Holidays to stay in Hotel Bor in Pamporovo. It was a great deal for a week. Our main priority was snowboarding so we were not concerned about having lavish accommodation.
