The staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were charming and clean. The views were AMAZING. We watched elephants and other wildlife from our balcony. We have stayed in this lodge for 1 night and it was great. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great views too. Food was good and the service was excellent. This lodge is just a few minutes away from the Tsavo East park gate.

Beautiful mountain views over Tsavo Park below. We arrived halfway through our safari. It had started to drizzle slightly which actually added to the absolutely intoxicating atmosphere. We stayed here during our 4 days safari, and really loved this lodge. It was by far the best of the ones we stayed in during our safari... the rooms are so nice, and there's a spectacular view to the park right from the window/balcony! A nice place to be based when visiting Tsavo, a taste of old Africa, peaceful, good service and international food, lot of animals can be wieved from the lodge. Ideal for a romantic or a family Safari.

We spent here just one night during the safari, but I really wish we stayed longer. The location is incredible, with amazing views to Tsavo east from both the rooms and the restaurant terrace. Nice rooms, very friendly staff, good local food, great overall atmosphere.

We stopped over at the Lion Hill Lodge during our drive back from Tsavo West to Mombasa. The location and vies from this place are stunning.
