“You can see a toucan at the Lucky Bug B & B”

My husband and our 2 year old daughter stayed at the Lucky Bug Hotel and had a wonderful time. We saw a blue jean frog and a lot of beautiful birds (my husband is a new birder) the day we got there. Monica did a wonderful job decorating and landscaping. It is a magical place.

We have known Monica for the better part of a decade. The lucky bug is an amazing place to stay, and the food she prepares is amazing! It is one of the things we look forward to during our trips to Costa Rica. If you miss this stop you are only cheating yourself.

Had a peaceful evening with friends here. Had a great breakfast. The owners are great people and the grounds a beautiful. Birds dverywhere. Like a little slice of Eden. Probably the best pancake in Costa Rica.

“Very cute place”

The place is very cute! Near the beautiful Arenal Lake and Vulcano. The owner is very nice also. It was only a one night stay, but we had a great evening, having nice dinner. The rooms have a lot of details making the decoration adorable!
