Had a lovely Easter bank holiday break at the floatel. Went to the IoW to walk (no car, walked there from Ryde) and this was a great base. Wendy was friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was warm and cosy with a very comfy bed. Great value, loads of character - will recommend to friends.

Well, it is what it says it is. This boat was renovated 25 years ago and it shows. Furnishings, blue leather sofas and wicker in guest lounge. Lovely, picturesque, place to stay. The bedrooms are lovely, tastefully decorated; they give you that homely feeling without being cluttered. I loved that we could come and go as we pleased. We only spent one night at the Xoron at the end of our holiday, but will be returning. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast tasty. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful.
