I recommend staying in Piacenza instead of Cadeo. This hotel was very dated but clean. The big problem I had was with the HVAC. Air conditioning didnt work in my room at all and it was stifling hot. Open window was a bit of a saving grace but it was close to the road so the noise kept me up...
