We stopped at the Royal Hotel as it was recomended by a travel agent to freinds who live in the UK, as they were holidaying with us when they were over in SA in November last year. We eventually all decided to go for a smaller B&B in Ladysmith as it suited all of our tastes. So as we were... More

“Stunning old charm, great food and vibe.”

We booked into the Royal as a group riding back from Margate after Africa Bike week and was totally surprised with the old charm, friendly staff, willingness to assist and the great food at supper. Thanks Royal, we will be back soon!
