Visited for business, considerably small room, little old hotel, but good service, kept clean, with caring service. convenient location nearby where I had work. Staff was very pleasing and try to assist. Hotel having history, renovated rooms. Have a restaurant with good selection of Japanese cuisine. Good stay!

A nice enough hotel with a decent sized room (including tatami area). It's very close to the JR station which is handy but apart from that, there's not much else. Downtown Muroran at 2pm was quiet but at 7pm was absolutely dead. We went to Chikyu Misaki via Bokoi which offers spectacular views but Muroran doesn't have much to offer. We had dinner at the Choice Kaiten Sushi (ちょいす) which was very good. But the hotel is a decent place to stay and the staff were quite friendly and attentive.

One night stay as part of our Hokkaido Tour before flying out from Chitose Airport to Narita Airport. The hotel seems to have different type of rooms, at least 3 different layout as I compared the one that we got assigned to my other family members and friends. My dad, one of my daughters and I got assigned to a very special room, it is LARGE because it has 4 sections, bedroom, living room and a Tatami room with a short hallway at entrance and another short hallway to the separated bathroom with toilet, shower and sink area all separated with its own door. The shower area split into 2 sections, one is the usual shower type and the other looks like a bath tub but is tall instead of long. I have no idea how much this room cost but if you have a big family of 6, you can fit your group in there very comfortably as each can use the bathroom separately at the same time without the needs to wait, one person can brush teeth, the othet can use the toilet bowl and another use the shower room. Living room is comfortable with sofa and a coffee table and the Tatami room can sleep 2-4 adults. This room really feel like a "President Suite" to me. We didn't get to eat the breakfast next morning as we need to be at Chitose Airport in the mid morning as this hotel is about 2 hrs away from Chitose Airport and so, we need to rise and shine early morning. Since we arrive the hotel late and keave early the next morning, I have no idea what are available in the vicinity exvept to say I LOVE the One Night Stay due to the Spacious Room that we got assigned to.

I stayed for almost 3 weeks. For a small town of Muroran, this is a good hotel. Rooms are good size and clean. Bathrooms are small. Only one chair in room. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is mostly Japsnese but they have corn flakes, croissants etc.

Prince hotel is a quite big hotel for Muroran, unfortunately staff is quite rude and the rooms are quite old. The bathrooms are very small and it is difficult to fit inside the bath. The good points are that free wi-fi is available in all the rooms and the breafast is quite good quality. You can consider this hotel for short business trip but not for holidays.

Great value little hotel. Bed in 20sqm room was a little small for two, luckily we're not that big. Bathroom was pretty tiny. All reasonably clean. Free parking in an open air carpark next to the building. They allow smoking in the lobby so you have to walk through that to get to the lifts.

Not a bad little hotel - the rooms were fairly small, and the bathtub/shower was tiny tiny tiny. The wireless internet was the fastest I have ever experienced anywhere in the world. The 1st floor restaurant is good for breakfast buffets and lunch buffets. The 2nd floor restaurant was nice for dinner, and had good food. The staff was very friendly, but few spoke any English.

Room Tip: my room on the 6th floor had just one bed - I was told that 3rd floor rooms had two beds
