Stayed here recently for one night as I was in the area and travlelling to the NEC the following day. It took me about 25 minutes to get to the NEC from the hotel, so its not far and didn't have to pay the huge prices of the hotels close to the NEC! The setting of the hotel is lovely,... More

There is really nothing to complain about. Room was very clean, Flat-TV worked fine and so did the complimentary WiFi. I spent a quiet night. Breakfast was excellent, there were a lot of staff around to help and serve. Also check-in and check-out went smoothly. So all in all I had a pleasent stay and I can recommend this hotel... More

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Behind what would appear to be a stately home is modern accommodation. The rooms are a reasonable size with either twin 3ft or together 6ft beds. Only 2 pillows per room were supplied, more available on request. Ensuite had bath with shower over, toiletries provided. Constant noise of heating system, even what... More

I stayed in this hotel for three weeks on business. The hotel itself is surrounded by beautiful grounds and countryside, off a country lane so no danger of noise from the roads. The hotel itself is a lovely old building, very clean and nicely decorated. I've had three different rooms of varying sizes, each one was immaculately clean and up... More

We visited the hotel as part of a larger party, so quite busy, but apart from a wait to check in, hotel seemed fine. Our room was quite large and comfortable although we only had a view of a wall. Our friends had a lesser room but a fantastic view - luck of the draw. We attended a dinner dance... More

We stayed for two nights for a classic car event together with many others. We had a room at the back of the hotel, so further to walk (but quieter). These rooms are newer and significantly larger, with a separate large shower, as well as a bath. The room was in good order, but strangely had a queen bed with... More

We found the hotel staff to be both friendly and professional. The facilities were excellent and the food was good. Even though there was a wedding reception taking place on the night we stayed it was kept apart from the other guests at the hotel.

Like other reviewers we visited using the Spa reviver package, staying over on the Sunday night. There was a wedding on that day and there had been a Jaguar Owners' Club event the previous day so the hotel was very busy. However, apart from a delay in getting checked in the service was very good. It just meant that the... More

A lovely hotel, nice country location, although trust your sat nav because its a bit of an unusual route to get to the hotel, but worth it when you do get there. The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The spa is lovely, and clean. And the food delicious, but be aware that the bar prices are a bit pricey.... More

We arrived on Friday and checked in. We had booked a junior suite and tbh were disappointed by how small our room was - basically a room and two chairs, however a quick word with reception and we were offered a much nicer room. The food in the restaurant was yum and the service impeccable. The hostess tray was slightly... More
