“Very clean, cozy, cute & quiet -- but get the price in writing!”

We stopped in without a reservation and were told that there was one room left for the night. I speak a little Italian and was making the arrangements in that language, and I am 100% certain that the very warm and friendly owner quoted me a price of "sessanta" euros with breakfast (60 euros) or 80-something if we had dinner...
