beautiful setting (though shrouded in wet misty weather in mid Jan!) and Deborah a very welcoming host. She not only provided an excellent cooked breakfast, in most comfortable surroundings, but gave us a lift to the start of our ridgeway/icknield way walk AND found and looked after my glasses that I'd dropped in the drive before we set off. Would... More

I use this farmhouse B&B regularly for business-related trips to High Wycombe. Deborah is an excellent host. The rooms are very comfortable, with TV and wireless internet. The place even when full is very quiet and peaceful. This attractive farmhouse is situated in a spectacularly beautiful part of the Chilterns. In a bowl surrounded by hills, it's virtually right on... More

I stayed for a night for work and should have written a review then. It is a superb location if a little tricky to find at first. It's a secret haven at the bottom of a magical valley and though I was here for a work overnight it would be much better suited to weekenders, walkers and bird watchers. For... More

We had a wonderful stay at HallBottom Farm over the Jubilee weekend. It is in a beautiful location at the foot of many stunning walks. The rooms are clean, comfortable and attractively furnished. Breakfast is tasty, includes homemade bread and Jams, and served with a fabulous view of the birds in the garden with the rolling hills of the Chilterns... More

A warm welcoming farmhouse in a beautiful valley setting and close to several long distance paths including The Chilterns Way. The ambience is quiet and relaxing with elegant timeless furnishings and good facilities. The garden and pond are stunning and provide a wonderful backdrop to this idyllic place. Breakfasts are of a high standard with plenty of choice and are... More

A gorgeous farmhouse in a beautiful valley with lovely views all round. House and rooms spotlessly clean, breakfast perfect. There is also a large, well-kept garden with a pond and ornaments. Two lovely cats and two dogs add to the charm. Nothing is too much trouble for Deborah, the owner, who is welcoming, friendly, and offers advice about the area.... More

This is a gem of a bed and breakfast in a superbly beautiful setting enjoying distant countryside views all around. Set at the end of a sweeping driveway this is one of those places that is truly quiet and dark at night, bliss for Londoners like us! The welcome was warm and charming, the house chic but comfy and both... More

The B&B is located just off the M40 and a couple of miles from the release site for the Red Kites in the Chilterns and near locations for the filming of Midsomer Murders and the Vicar of Dibley, so an ideal location for enjoying the Chilterns Countryside. The farm was a little difficult to find, being down a lane at... More
