Most Holiday Inns have a protocal for greeting and checking in their reward members. This hotel is the exception. After a lengthy check in, the accommodations were unsuitable. The first room was horrible, the second room had seriouis health issues due to mold. Would not reccommend this site to anyone or ever stay there again! Mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
