Love the ambience ..definitely a place to go for someone who needed a break free from the busy city. Stayed 3D2N..Breakfast on 1st day tasted so great tho it was only ala carte However breakfast buffet on 2nd day was meeeh. If only they maintained the same quality of food and open their spa service, i would definitely come again. Nevertheless the services from their staff was commendable.

A very expensive resort which we think that is not worth with the price that we paid. Resort was very old and need to refurbish. The hotel room are not clean especially the toilet, able to see stains every where even is in the bathtub. The room comes with toiletries and a very thin bath towel, but without providing the hand towel. Breakfast was provided by set, only bread, coffee are on buffet basic. So the breakfast choice are very limited. Besides, we feel unsafety in the resort as we don't see any security guards at the main entrance, so any strangers with motorcycle will be able to go into the resorts. The only things that we enjoy was the grapes and mini watermelons farm at the resort. The owner of the farm, sorry that forgotten to ask his name was very friendly. Conclusion : I will not stay again at this resort!! But will drop in to purchase the grapes as it was really sweet and tasty!!

NO VALUE FOR MONEY BAD UPKEEP UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE STAFF POOR HYGIENE STANDARDS POOR HEALTH AND SAFETY DEFINITELY NOT A LUXURY 5 STAR RESORT Everything else. The hotel is a real rip off! Not worth RM500. Calls itself a 5 star luxury accommodation, but everything is so badly maintained, many parts of the hotel spaces are unsafe. The stairs are always slippery because of the moss and my friend actually slipped and fell and hit his back. The rooms were leaking during rain and the room was dusty and the toilet itself wasn't clean. The staff were unfriendly, not accommodative and quite rude. My pregnant friend had to walk all the way back to her room to get her breakfast voucher just because the staff was not willing to let her pass it to them later. We paid so much for the accommodation and yet the staff were not willing to support. The only staff that did a good job were the buggy drivers. The rest of the staff were not friendly at all. We were supposed to get a free cendol when we checked in till 6pm. We arrived at 5.57pm and we were halted due to the staff not being able to help with giving us the right directions, by time we got to the reception counter it was 6.10pm. the staff was not willing to give us that free cendol as we were apparently 10 minutes too late. It's not about a free gift, it's more the gesture or the staff being accommodative. The breakfast as well was horrible! Breakfast supposed to start at 7am but even when we were there at 7.30am, we had to wait for food and the food choices were terrible. Not much variety. I would never go back to this place and would never recommend anyone to go there as well and definitely not for RM500.

I am not sure why this resort has had so many bad reviews. Glad I still went ahead with the trip and have no regrets doing so. The place is very relaxing. There’s a buggy service to bring us around if we are lazy to walk or electric scooters are available for guests. During weekdays and off-peak periods, they serve a la carte breakfast and, for small eaters like me and my family, the serving is considered big. The lunch cum dinner menu don’t have a wide variety but enough to fill an empty stomach. Portion is not as large as breakfast so don’t think of sharing. Staff are friendly and housekeeping plus maintenance were quick to attend to our needs. The rooms are comfortable but being in the jungle, mosquitoes and ants are inevitable so just make sure that you bring along mosquito repellents.

Passionate Hotelier wrote a review Aug 2022

Please don't waste your time to even think about this hotel as a choice to stay. It has the worst ever facilities and it's worth to be demolished now. Arriving at the scene, the main lobby looks so worn out, as if it just opened after a few years closed down. The reception seems to be friendly, but no clear information is provided unless it is asked ! The lady was just trying to avoid any conversation. The bellman/caddy was very friendly and helpful, courteous enough to explain the surroundings while driving us to the villa, we booked 2 villas( three bedroom & 2 bedroom ) which were allocated nearby. Arriving at the scene of the villa, it's was a total disaster !! 1) The room was infested with so much of black ants which was crawling on the beds and toilet bowl. 2) The bedsheets and pillow case had foul smells as if the room was made up months ago and not inspected till someone checks in. 3) Just imagine, finding a baby scorpion in the bathtub area crawling around! Yes !! its was a scorpion in the bathroom 4) Heavy grouting works needed in the bathroom and there were so many lizards dropping around. Understand, this is a resort, but doesn't mean the rooms are left behind to rot and insects crawling around. The stairs of the villa are so dangerous, which is a safety hazard. No lights on till it gets very dark, the timer needs to be adjusted or put a switch, the guest can switch it on by themselves. The stairs carpet edge has worn out and carpets are dirty. The rooms TV is so old fashioned, which i believe the anttena has broken. Please check our villa tv and fix it. I believe other villa has bigger TV's compare to us. As we were walking by, we could see oth villa rooms had larger tv then us. The hotel has a gym which will be opened upon request, dont dare to go in, with the creepy over grown dirty area. The swimming pool is the only place for an activity in the resort, although the pool is big, it is also the biggest potential hazardous area. The pool is surrounded by sharp edged stones which caused a heavy bleeding for my 3 yr niece while swimming in the kids pool. Someone can easily be injured with the stones in the pool. Try it by yourself, if you think I'm lying. There were 2 babies, each 1 year old travelling with us. We needed mineral water to make baby food, so upon asking for additional mineral water, we were shocked to learn that, it is an additional RM 3. Just imagine, we paid RM 9 for an additional 3 btls. At night, its very creepy to hear sounds of someone walking above the ceiling, although all of us were downstairs. This might be just superstitious for someone staying in a resort which was so run down. It's just disbelief, how the HIGHER MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS just allow the hotel to run in this condition. FYI, we have paid RM 3260 for a stay which is merely the same values of a rundown rented house. FYA, I would like to have a word with your GM or any of the higher management to contact me to discuss the refund of my stay. Please do contact me urgently !

Not the five star luxurious spa retreat as advertised, just a very disappointing accommodation experience that turned a planned four night stay into two. Clearly trying to get back on its feet post pandemic, but losing the battle against the decay and subsequent cost. Shut the doors, walk away and let nature reclaim the jurassic park. To anyone considering a stay, you have been warned!
