i was on trip to goa with ma friends. we stayed here for 5 days. very nice food. very near to kolva beach.. walk-able distance. to beach. Nice reception. nice swimming pool. we set up a camp fire. they were very supportive by providing all items for a camp fire.

I alongwith my friend visited this resort. This is very good budget class resort with very good facilities. Staff are cooperative & helpful. Rooms are very nice & restaurant is quite good. Good time to visit during September.

we stayed 4 nights it is a hotel with like90% indian tourists + good value/money deal + clean + quiet + nice garden views - not on the beach - road to beach is not very ... romantic
