Certainly a four star hotel (at the lower end of the four stars), the property manages to be practical, clean, comfortable, without any X-factor to guarantee repeat patronage. The location is terrific. Right opposite Asakasa's restaurant avenue and xxxx shopping mall, you do not have to go far to kill time shopping or find an excellent meal.  Rooms are mid-sized... More

The bad first - we booked a slightly bigger room for three through hotels.com. The room is very small and only just fits the little toddler bed we brought with us. The room is also stuffy as we can't get the ac below 20. I thought it was a bit dusty and not so clean. The good free water in... More

Good quality business oriented hotel- clean, safe, - in a great location as a base of operations. Rooms typical Tokyo mid range hotel with hi tech toilet and great shower. Four(4) major subway lines across the street (Directional signs and kiosk for purchasing tix are in English)and airport limo bus to Narita direct to hotel. Nothing fancy, staff with acceptable... The rooms did appear bigger in the pictures I saw of the hotel, however it was very adequate for our needs. The beds were comfortable, and the heated toilets were welcomed considering the cold temperatures. One of the great things about the hotel was its location. Right across the street are many convenience stores (7-11, Daily Yamazaki, Lawsons...) Tasty sandwiches,... More

The hotel is located in a predominantly business/government district of Tokyo. It's also very central and has easy access to the subway (which is just across the road) which makes it a great place to stay if you plan on looking around the entire city. There is also a 7-Eleven in the hotel which is handy for overseas visitors as... More

The best thing about this hotel is indeed its central location. The metro stop is just across the road and all convenient lines to get to other areas stop there. On arrival we were shown a double room with one bed while we had requested twin beds. Unfortunately no twin beds were available for that night so we could switch... More

First of all, the location is wonderful. Easy to find, good metro access, located in central part of Tokyo. Akasaka is nice place for stay for business people, for it is much quieter than huge station like Shinjuku or Shibuya, easy to go through the station. The hotel itself is very efficient, the room is spacious enough, nice bed and... More

I stayed here for a business meeting. The hotel can be easily reached from Narita airport with the Limousine bus (which stops at the hotel). Good: good quality restaurant, very helpful and friendly staff. Not so good: you cannot open the windows so you're dependent on the A/C which was not switched on when I was there. Also, the rooms... The hotel is good to reach by Limousine bus from Narita Airport. The rooms can be quite small if you do not choose a full double. Internet is free and the location is good and close to Akasaka business district. There is a charge for early check in - As most of the european flights get in to Tokio very... More

I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a business trip. All my expenses were paid so I can't really comment on value for money. The hotel rooms were adequate but there were no non-smoking rooms available and the smell was terrible. Wish I'd thought to ask for non-smoking. The bed was extremely firm, the pillows good and the... More
