Hotel is connected to Tokyo station, very good location. Amenities are all available. Staff very friendly and always prepared to help. Breakfast is OK for western style. I stayed at Marunouchi in Feb for business trip. The hotel is near Tokyo Station which is really very convenient. The price is reasonable. We stayed here for 2 nights. It is terrific being able to get off the Narita (Airport) Express with luggage and go directly to this hotel which is in the Tokyo Station complex. The room was lovely and had a comfortable bed. We never eat in hotels so can't comment on restaurants but would definitely stay here again. More

I have satay at this hotel last month. The hotel rooms and amenities are good, however the service at breakfast is awfull, very messy long wait to be seated when there are many tables available, extra charge for the second glass of orange juice.... full of nonsense.
