Easy to reach from Narita airport by limousine bus: ¥2700. 5 min walk to kokusaitenjijo station. Walking distance to Tokyo Big Sight. Nice and quiet hotel. Many cafes around offering oh-so-good coffee. But dont forget your own socket converter. Hotel do not lend it, they sell it.

We booked this hotel because of the proximity to the big sight. We approached the front desk numerous times and the staff have always been friendly and eager to help. The rooms were nice, although would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 singles. Actually roomier than I expected and it came with a foot massage.

The Sunroute Ariake is a good choice if you need to be in the Ariake/Odaiba area. It's less expensive than most of the alternatives in Odaiba, and conveniently located near to Kokusai-Jenjijo station on the Rinkai line and Ariake on the Yurikamome line.
