Beautiful place, atmosphere and PEOPLE!!! What a service! Enjoyed every second in it. Everybody was so helpful. Jerome was very professional, accurate, calm, understanding, great guy. Japanese people are the sweetiest, a real pleasure to visit Tokyo.

The hotel reminded me of an old horse or mule that has worked hard and now after years of loyal service needs retirement badly. Putting aside that the hotel is not attractive, rooms so-so, and the food average, one must however acknowledge that the concierge service is excellent. Each staff member gave great advice.

Stayed here for Business ,the room,staff and location were great. The location is good for exploring all the lane and ways around the hotel, which seem to have an abundance of small bars and restaraunts. Keep an eye out for Russell (the assistant guest relation manager) very helpfull guy, you wont miss him as he is about 7ft tall.

What a fabulous hotel. Outstanding Service, friendly multi-lingual staff . Very western friendly. Great restaurants and lounges with lots of variety This hotel immaculate and beautiful. My rate did include breakfast and wifi. I would recommend being a IHG Priority Club Rewards Member.
