Very well located but not a pleasant hotel. Lobby is really not attractive, no effort on decoration. Rooms are of course very small (double queen size bed is in 21sqm) but rather modern if you pick-up the right aisle and floor. Try to get a room on the high floors. There is no single frame or decoration in the room... More

Spent a few nights during holiday trip to Japan - Comfortable room although can do with more space for bigger luggage. - Heated toilet seat - Very nice bath and hair shampoo provided. - TV Channels and movies available for purchase on top of those already provided for free - 7-Eleven just downstairs. - 10 mins walk to Shinagawa Train... This hotel has everything. Two bowling alleys, aquarium, dolphin pool, lots of retuarants great bars and shops. It is also really conveniently placed at just a minutes walk walk from shinagawa station which is on a number of the major train lines. The staff are incredibly helpful, the rooms are a good size and really clean. The toilets are amazing.... More

The best thing about this place that you can get to it directly from Narita airport by one of the Limousine buses (#13) in an hour or so, depending on traffic. My room was small but clean and quiet. The TV only has Japanese channels, so no CNN or other international channels. There is no room service so even after... More

I stayed at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel Tokyo from Nov. 3, 2011 to Nov. 5. 2011 with my friends. Trust me it's really a bad experience. Since we know that we need adapter for our cell phone and other electrical equipments, I left message through their online system (English Webpage), inquiring whether they could provide us with one. I didn't... More

I stayed at Annex tower. We first arrived to the main tower and the reception seemed almost like a luxury hotel, but our feeling changed when we got to the Annex tower reception, it felt like a some budget hotel compared to the main tower reception. People were nice and helpful as always in Japan. The rooms were very nice,... More

I stayed in the Main Tower for one night as part of a tour, then in the East Tower for four nights on my own - overall I found the hotel to be great. The location is fantastic, right across the road from Shinagawa Station where you can get trains to literally everywhere. There are plenty of shops, restaurants &... More

Location is perfect just across the road from Shinagawa station, from that station you can easily go to Kyoto and other cities by Shinkanshen, NEX train to Narita airport also stop here. There are many shops, restaurants nearby. We got a room for 2 people in the North Tower and to my surprise it is very big, there are very... More

Stayed in the north tower. It is widely known that the North and the east towers are very old and smell badly. A couple of unconfortable things.. - When I checked in, they charged me for 60,000 JPY for 10 nights, I thought it was little cheaper than expected so I asked them to make sure that is the price...
