Convenient location depending on where you want to go. Some find Shinjuku, Shibuya better but I've always loved staying at Roppongi, you're kind of away from it all but not far from them either. With Roppongi Hill and Midtown and the neighbourhoods nearby you've pretty much got everything you need. Visited not long after 3/11 and there was a concern... More

Stayed at the Ritz two weeks mid December. Very professionell crew, friendly and making you feel at home. General manager very supportive and present, helping where possible. Views spectacular, location ideal. Looking forward to a next stay. Highly recommended! More

The Ritz Carlton Tokyo and the surrounding area: My first trip to Japan in Oktober 2011 started with a three night stay at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Minato/Roppongi. After the long flight from Europe I wanted a luxurious base to explore this fascinating city. The Ritz Carlton sits on the top nine floors of the mixed-used Midtown office tower... More

Just came back from a 11-day stay in the Ritz-Carlton in Tokyo. As the title of this review suggests, I had an awesome time staying here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Tokyo and will come back here again. Location It is located in Roppongi which was extremely convenient for me since its a short 10-minute walk... The famous Japanese hospitality was in full display during my stay at the Ritz Carlton in Tokyo. This was a business trip and the hotel was close to my work place plus the location is bang in middle of the Roppongi area, a happening night spot. The hotel building had a mall underneath and subway lines. Also an excellent Starbucks... More

This is an outstanding hotel, the service is impeccable, the club level worth the extra price, and rooms immaculate. All around - setting the pace for Ritz Carlton world-wide. I wish the other Ritz locations would take notice. Each experience with the team began and ended with the customer needs - not excuses. Expect to want to return! More

Stayed at a club level room over a weekend - as others have noted, it is worth the splurge (the food was good and I probably wound up saving money by taking meals there). I stayed at both the Ritz and the Conrad during my stay in Tokyo and would absolutely pick the Ritz for the following reasons: 1) Spectacular... More

My colleague told me this might be the best hotel in Tokyo. And the first step into my room, I got hit by the night view though the large window. It was amazing 3 nights in Ritz. Everything was satisfying. You can get a big room (very rare from hotels in Japan), perfect service, comfortable bed and bath beautiful Roppongi... More

The Ritz Carlton Tokyo is a gem. It may not be the flashiest hotel in town, but it is extremely comfortable, well appointed (check out the beautifully designed porcelain tea set for guest use), and well run. The service is excellent and accommodating, and the rooms are reasonably spacious with a sublime bathroom and amenities (Japanese toilets! Bliss). We stayed... More
