Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Great value for money. I needed to be near airport but was easy to get into town. Nice local area. Requested an upper level level floor which I got. Common area floors on my floor need to be upholstered; my actual room was great. Travelled alone. Might be a bit small for two.

Pros: Very clean & well organized rooms, even if on the small side. Quiet! Its nearer and easier to find form the Kamata JR Station. Cons: Could have better English directions both to the hotel, and for the in-room services.

small but cozy room! Door way very narrow it only fits 2 luggage. Friendly and helpful english spoken staffs.. Have to walk to Kamata station for breakfast which is long way in the winter. It is suitable for guest who arrive late in Haneda airport and wish could stay in for a night.
