We stayed at The Hyatt Regency Wednesday 15th May for one night during our trip to Japan. We stayed in the Ambassadors suite and have to say that this was the most fantastic room you could ever wish for. The room and the whole experience made you feel like a true millionaire. The room, the view and the staff were... More

I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Japan for work. The service at this hotel is superb, from the bellman who shows up immediately upon your taxi arrival to the front desk staff who patiently explains every detail about the hotel's facility. The staff generally speaks good English. The hotel lobby is impressive, with old style elegance.... More

I briefly stayed here while in Tokyo Pros: The room was very large Fairly inexpensive for a Hyatt The view was beautiful Comfy bed Cons: Very dated furnishings An extra cost to use the pool area which is strange for a Hyatt Overall, I give this hotel an average review. I would consider staying here again but I would definitely... More

After spending 6 nights at a lovely Japanese style inn (which I HIGHLY recommend), we checked into the Hyatt for a last night in luxury. It was wonderful! Shinjuku is a busy, bustling place, but the west side (where the hotel is located) is much quieter. It is a 5 - 10 min walk to Shinjuku station, and there is... More

First time at this hotel. Near Shinjuku station. As often in Japan everything is as advertised, works well, is very clean and tidy. The room was large and internet worked great although you have to request a small wifi router. Shinjuku station has over 200 exits and over 3m passengers pass through a day so it pays to pay attention... More

We got a great deal on Expedia to stay the night here. It was our first night in Tokyo on our honeymoon and I really allowed myself to luxuriate in the feel of the place. The lobby sets the scene with 3 huge chandeliers, and looking out on to the city as you go up in the lift is really... More

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is located a 5 min taxi/hotel shuttle drive from the station. The lobby is huge and impressive, with lofty ceilings, chandeliers and plenty of space. When we arrived, there was a long queue and it took us a long time to check in, despite the Hyatt having 3 people checking guests in.... More

I have been staying here regularly when in Tokyo.... and it's still a great hotel for the rates they charge. Conveniently located, great rooms and great service. Great breakfast too.... only don't order a Cappuccino there when you feel the need for some coffee in the afternoon, way overpriced. Bit of a nuisance that you still have to call to... More

A busy April this year, I am traveling around different cities in Japan for my business + leisure. As usual, excellent service can be observed from staff of this hotel group, probably they realized that lots of customers are trying to use WiFi router to connect in-room ethernet, some staff in house keeping are able to assist on the setup... We really enjoyed our stay here while in Tokyo. The room was cozy and always clean and the bed was really, really comfortable. Lovely staff, stunning lobby and a beautiful roof top pool. The shuttle to Shinjuku station is really convenient, as is the nearby Subway station. Pop across the road to the Government towers for a free observation deck... More
