We had an opportunity to eat there for business (even if we had already told us it was a terrible restaurant), the fish they served at noon wasn't fresh and the vegetables where still raw (not enough cooked). “VIP is not what it says”

Ugly, very un-Strasbourg neighbourhood, cheap late 80's-early 90's style hotel, poorly equipped VIP room (I really wonder what's the VIP aspect about it), no duvet, just an old fleece blanket with a bed sheet, I have had much more for the money! More

We stayed in this hotel for several nights in May. It is outside of Strasbourg in the middle of a commercial area. There is a shopping centre nearby but really no nice restaurants other than the one at the hotel itself which is okay for dinner but nothing special. Initially had trouble finding this hotel, due to Tom Tom taking us to wrong road. Make sure you put in Eckbolsheim and not Strasbourg. Very spacious clean rooms, very friendly helpful staff and a lovely pool to cool off in after a hot day in the city. Restaurant menu a bit limited but good value. Tram station is a short... More
