This motel did not start out life as a Motel 6.... You can expect very large rooms, microwave and a refrigerator, coffee in the mornings... If you are a swimmer there is an olympic heated pool, and a weight room attached... Rooms were clean and the beds were good... Ice machine needs a lot of TLC...

This property is ideally situated for an enroute overnighter, no frills or thrills but reasonable value. Would definitely consider staying here again during my travels in the area. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations.

As far as a Motel 6 goes it was fine. The rooms were reasonably clean. Just be aware that there are no extra's. No tissue, no shampoo or conditioner. Staff was pleasant. We stayed two nights and found the place to be very relaxing, quite and pet friendly. Lots of area for the dog to run. The pool was still closed, so no swimming. Close by resturants give 10% discount for those staying here.

They claim to have an in door heated pool, until you get there and it is not working, this was are second time staying and the pool was down both times. We were driving from Portland to Redding down route 5 and were looking for a place to stay overnight.This was one of the cheapest we had come across in this area. They had regular sized towels. Not those little squares of sand paper that you usually get at motels. It's close to I-5 but it's so quiet. I would stay there again anytime!!

We were glad to pit stop in Rice Hill, OR. at the Motel 6 and will do it again on our frequent trips up and down I-5. We recommend it and the good coffee and treats at the Main Street Coffee hut up the way in Yoncalla.
