Travelled up for a family wedding one night stay only, the hotel entrance was very impressive, receptionist staff were helpful, our room was clean, the bed was very comfitable, the bathroom door did stick but nothing major. We did'nt eat in hotel at night but the breakfast the following morning was very nice. Enjoyed our stay

Great countryside hotel, rooms are very spacious and worm, the staff is very helpful and friendly, most of them have been working there for decades, and the breakfast was a proper English one, the upstairs bar is beautiful and pleasant!
