We came to know La Silvana back in 2008 waiting for our house to be ready, and recommended as a stop by our English seller. “Delightful family run hotel”

Spent three nights at this family run hotel up in the hills behind the town of Fasano in Puglia. Sadly we were the only customers on two of the three nights but maybe this was to our advantage as the friendly owner plied us with the most fantastic food - mostly produced on his own small farm down the road....
