Beautiful location and fantastic views. Alison & Mike couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect - the only thing they failed to provide was a sunset! Our sea view room was perfect with beautiful views of their lovely garden with the sea as a backdrop. Everything was spotless and very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent with loads of different... More

We stayed in sea view room and saw lovely sunsets. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by Mike and Alison. Rooms comfortable, breakfast excellent. Walks from house very good and only a short car ride to New Quay. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mike and Alison.

Wanting a week end away in an area we didn't know we hit on this place through trip advisor and am I glad we did! It ticks all the boxes, sea view but quiet, a welcome from the owners whose warmth was wonderful They genuinely enjoy their guests yet don't intrude. Rooms scrumptiously clean, well furnished and with comfy beds... More

Warm welcome - Mike and Alison couldn't do enough. Great supply of logs for our fire...Warm house without the fire. Loved the sheep in the back yard and feeding bread to the ducks that run from the pond when you call them. Was with my mother, sister, 15 year old niece and 3.5 year old son. Great toy room to... Both my brother and I had a superb week staying at Llainfran House. Fantastic breakfasts with Alison and Mike as very friendly and informative hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and both went the extra mile to ensure our stay was very relaxing - lovely log fire in the evenings and even videod the F1 race for my brother! Everything... More

We have just returned from a week in Stable Cottage. This was the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in. The building has been maintained and furnished to a high standard. The location and views are wonderful. The owners, Alison and Michael, are both very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. There are plenty of excellent walks from the... More

We booked our stay at Llainfran House on the strength of the reviews on here ... and we were very glad we did. This is a beautifully quiet place, with wonderful views and fantastic breakfasts. Best of all for us though were a) the animals and b) Mike and Alison's superb hospitality. We started our holiday by taking Sidney the... More

Brownie points !, I've just earned hundreds as I booked this two night break without consulting my wife and to say she was impressed and delighted just doesn't do it justice. A delightful quiet location, a wonderful old farmhouse building that has been tastefully restored and decorated to immaculate standards, an absolutely stunning en suite room and Alison and Mike...
