I had been visiting this place few days ago. I was quite worried at first seeing quite many negative comments about it. I found out this place actually wasn't that bad, instead, I was quite enjoyed for staying there. I booked a family room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. This place was chilly in the early morning and night.... More

Colmar Tropicale Resort, up on Berjaya Hills (also referred to as Bukit Tinggi) is an odd transplant of faux French architecture thrown in with restaurants with French names. It's supposedly reminiscent of Colmar in France but really, there's nothing French at all about the place. A bonjour or two from the service staff would have been nice at the very... More

Stayed at the superior room at RM260 per night and it was horrible. Classic example of actual room looking totally opposite of those shown in the hotel's website. Arrived in a pair with my wife but was given a room with 2 single beds.... Room was very small with extremely basic amenities -worst than some of the shared dorm budget... More

I normally do not write reviews so negatively, and I am pretty easy to please, but this place was so disappointing I had to rescue others who might be tempted by the pretty pictures. First off, the photos on the website are misleading - they are of a castle that is separate from the rooms in the hotel. The photos... More

Looks like france from far, nobody speaks french or even try to make u feel like youre visiting it. Food is horrible, and no outside food for miles. Tacky dance show every few hours and the attractions are rubbish. Beware!!! More

this french themed resort was really beautiful and suitable for a short vacation. suitable for couples or family as this resort offers a variety of activities to do. the stage performance was entertaining and the food was good but quite costly. the japanese garden and botanical garden was really something that shouldn't be missed! not suitable for a long holiday... We don't have much exception after all the bad reviews. We went there during the Thaipusam holiday, and didn't expect much people, but turn out really lots of people visit that place too! If you are staying there, u still have to pay for the entrance fee (RM12 per person) but can get your refund at the hotel reception. We... More

After reading so many negative reviews on the dirty rooms and sub-standard of breakfast. I was quite worried, but after I was told that the Deluxe King room is newly renovate, It motivated me to book immediately. Shuttle services to attraction starts at 9:45am and freq. is hourly per trip, So do some planning on the timing to catch the... More

We stayed there last week for 3 days and 2 nights. Our room was at level minus one. The parking lot and the corridor to the room had an odd smell of dampness. The air in the room reeked of VOC (volatile organic compound), probably because it was newly painted or something. It was really bad to the extent that... More
