We stay there 3 days 2 nights, there have 3 double bedroom, 2 toilets and a kitchen. But many furniture is too old, something also get moldy, toilet door also broken can't lock. Their swimming pool can't use because little dirty, steam room and sauna also no function, gym room is locking because can use for owner only. Parking lot also for owner only so our rental car need find parking lot at outside then walk in there. If you have a children come for trip, not recommend there.

Yet again we have found another good place to stay when in Langkawi. We always look for apartments as we prefer this over hotels. Once booked we had a quick response from Mr Leow ( hope that is correct) who was very good and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It's closer to Kwah and has a Chinese food area on the door step as well as a shopping mall with a supermarket on the bottom floor for any needs. Again this is an Apartment not a hotel for those who fail to read the name properly.....a home from home . Plenty of space and good size rooms with kitchen and washing machine. Small gas 1ring cooker, but who needs a cooker when in Malaysia.....food is great and so much of it. Small shop downstairs for bits. Only neg thing that we could say is that the pool doesn't get any sun until the very end of the day and then it only touches a small part. So pool was rather cool, in the cold sense. Good security to get in and out for cars. This is also a residence for many of the occupants whether it be locals or ex pats which gives it a good mix. We would stay here again? for sure YES, there seems to be several people managing many apartments and our chap was very helpful. We stayed in on new year and watched the fireworks that were across the bay in Kwah and just on our doorstep which was good. If your looking for luxury or a hotel to wait on you look elsewhere as you will not find this here.......great for families with plenty of space.…

The apartment and the owner is okay and being considerate, just this one staff named Ros is quite rude. Make sure you read all the policies of the booking before Ros trying to blackmail you saying you have to pay extra for additional INFANT for each night u stay without extra bed/pillow/blanket. My family and I just arrived at the apartment after 6hours journey with this kind of welcoming attitude and it’s spoiled everything!

Rented 2 rooms apartment, 9 people, 3 families. Old service apartment, Pool also available until 6:30pm. There is a mountain and river view. Also a construction nearby as the area being develop. Washing Machine, stove, pans, Fridge and water dispenser available, some have defects. Like the one room we rented, broken hot water dispenser and Problem with the shower. Walking distance to a Duty Free Shop, don't expect too much, just buy chocolates there, really cheap. If you want a bigger one go to Billion Duty Free shop (near Eagle point) around 2-3 Km from the apartment. Local restaurants also available, beside the Nagoya Steamboat Restaurant, a delicious Duck rice. Also a 24hours convenient store nearby. No wifi, check out time is 12noon - no late check out. Smelly lobby.

This is a private residential apartment with several units converted into rentable apartments. There is a small convenience store, a swimming pool and secured parking (accessible with electronic tags). No eating outlets or room service but there are several restaurants and eateries within walking distance, and more within short driving distances. The units come with a kitchen and utensils (only a saucepan was provided, presumably to cook instant noodles!), drinking water dispenser, washing machine and refrigerator. Each of the three rooms is air-conditioned as is the sitting and dining area. It's practically a home away from home. The kids love the space to run around in. There is housekeeping services daily. We found it clean and cozy, and appreciate the convenience of washing machine. During our stay, there was a Malay-Thai fair a few minutes away which provided sumptious suppers. There is also a mall, cineplex and duty-free shop nearby. There is a gym but the sign says it's only for apartment owners.…

3-bedroom apartment with ancient but workable furniture and facilities. Ample and secured parking space. CCTV is all around the area. So we do feel secured. Kitchen is equipped with fridge and basic kitchen utensils, but without the microwave. There is also a washing machine, so you could do your washing if you want to. Yet, do not expect any kind of "service" from any staff there. There is no house keeping, nobody to greet you when you checked in and checked out too. I took the keys from a drawer at the main counter on my own, and returned them the same way... The first day we were there, there were swarm of mosquitoes flying in the apartment. But they were gone on the same day.

i went there with my husband and my mother-in-law. the rooms are all ok for me. Clean and nice. However, maybe it is an old service apartment, so the cabinet and the furniture are all in bad condition.
