We stayed in one of the chalets, "Glen Creran", in February. Good value and adequate faclities, but showing its age. Heating is by electric fan and convectors, its takes sometime to get cosy on arriving in the evening. The bathroom was never really warm during our stay. This was a dorm room. The walls were thin and there was no extra space. Check in was at the bar, second in priority to anyone buying a drink. The bar did serve food and that was convenient, because there is nothing else around.

Advertised free Wi-Fi, and we phoned to confirm this. When we arrived, we found that it cost £2.99 for an hour or £4.99 for a day, and the receptionist was completely unapologetic. Accommodation not great and service in the bar is poor. Avoid.

First impressions were very good, receptionist was very friendly and the chalet was clean with stunning views but somehow, bedsheets and clothes felt damp all week.
