A Casino-Hotel that give you your moneys worth...We've been going to Carter every February, for about 6 years and it started to slip in all of the title catagories....Very "Unfriendly" Pit Bosses. We stayed here on the way through on our Anniversary weekend. We had a whirlpool suite, it was a very nice room,comfortable king sized bed, big fluffy robes & Pillows. We were also given free credits to play in the casino! The staff was very professional & friendly. We will definitely return.
