Its a bit hard to find reasonably priced good accomodation in this part of Sydney, this place fits that bill quite well though. Nothing particularly flash but clean and comfortable at a reasonable price.

Renovation of the room we had was badly overdue - so was a good clean! Stale broken biscuits and torn papers in bedside cupboard, cobwebs (eye level) in bathroom, stained bedspreads and a wet towel on the floor when we arrived. Felt dirty staying here. No excuse for this type of careless cleaning. Positives: no highway noise and pleasant receptionist.

very dated big room but small bathroom the bedspreads were not the cleanest but good value for money the staff were very helpful .

We were very happy with our nights stay. Very friendly people. We were late i(11.00pm) and had to wake the owner. But he greated us with a smile and was not fazed.We slept well and enjoyed our buffet breakfast next morning
