Makes Fawltey Towers look like the Ritz. So bad, it almost became the highlight of the Cosmos trip because you just had to laugh. Rooms were dirty, black mold in bathrooms, no one at front desk, service for dinner was non existent. I had to go and get my own silver, cups and plates. Unsafe on first floor. Recently on a Cosmos tour and this was the worse one out of 10 hotels on our tour. The flowerbeds needed to be weeded, the outside needed painting. Stayed here as part of Cosmos tour. Hotel dirty and falling apart, absolutely no service. Hotel receptionist/check-in person doubling in bar and food service. The bedding here is very uncomfortable and the pillows are like marshmallows.
