A warm welcome from Katherine and Gerry, we had booked the largest double with an en suite, which is bright and comfortable, and nicely decorated room overlooking the pond. Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious, we would thoroughly recommend that you stay here if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed.

We've just got back from 2 nights at Boundary Farm, Katherine and Gerry were great hosts and the rooms were so comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Will be recommending it! Lovely! We went to Framlingham, which is v.close drive, Aldebridge, Southwold and Walberswick - all lovely.

We have just pent three lovely days here and it more than lived up to our expectations. Accommodation was one of the best we have experienced. Spacious room, tastefully furnished and lovely bedlinen, Excellent breakfast, excellent hosts. B&B in a lovely tranquil setting but within easy distance of the pretty little market town of Framlingham. Can't rate it high enough.

We stayed for only one night and wished we had planned to stay longer.Beautiful room,excellent breakfast and superb location.Host and hostess were very friendly and helpful and were able to recommend very good restaurants in the area.Lovely ,extensive gardens in a peaceful location but close to the tourist attractions.We loved it.

We stayed for one overnight before a cycling event and wished we had been able to stay longer. The room was clean and tidy, everything worked, a nice guest lounge, our early breakfast was no problem, with plenty of choice and there's a guest's fridge too.
