Arrived at 8:30am and had to wait till 3:45pm to get my room key. In morning they stated that I had to wait till 3pm to get the key as that is waht is in the agreement. At 3pm, my room was not ready and had to wait another 45 minutes.

I spend 1 Month in this hotel on my business travel. Room was clean and nice. Service on the reception was nice. Breakfast also good, always enough of everything. The location is very good - close to the city centre.

excellent position, 5' walking from Chatelain Area and Louise, rooms are nice and quite spacious...but old. Bathrooms have no showers and looks refurbished in the '80s. Checkin and checkout very fast and people very kind and helpful. As usual in Accor hotels, wifi is NOT for free...
