Big advantage is that its near to the temple (nearest in fact !). Slightly overpriced.. Restaurant doesnt have 50% of the items in the menu. 110 Rs for a Kerala meal is just average.. Rooms are clean.. 2500 Rs is too expensive, for what you get from this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for one night recently. Took a non-ac room. The room and bathroom were clean. But, there was no hot water at 3.00pm in the afternoon and the room telephone did not work. The hotel is located very close to the temple ('0 metres' claims the hotel brochure!) and that probably is its biggest advantage. The rooms were airy and comfortable.
