The rooms are big, but the restrooms are poor ideas. No running water. You will have to request them frequently to fill water in buckets. The plumbing in the 'attached' bathrooms is least reliable. OK for night transit only before moving on. No rooms on the floor at street level - there is only a passage that leads to stairs.
