We stayed at this Property from just 1 Night on 12th May. 2013 and shifted to another Hotel in Koh Samui. The reason was, we did not like the Location Bophut. However, the staff was extremely helpfull, smart & Polished. We did not have any complaints with the Management of this Hotel.
