I went on a 3-day cookery course in mid Sept. Can't recommend highly enough. Exactly the right mix of relaxed/holiday atmosphere, but also learned a lot from Marlene, who is a phenomenal cook and teacher. Mark, Marlene's husband, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Marlene gives the cookery lessons, Mark runs everything else, including producing lovely lunches.
