The basics are not in place....over the last two days the phones haven't been answered and I got no replies to email. It's possible that the websites haven't been updated but its nonetheless a poor reflection on hotel management. One can only anticipate the service when we finally get there.

It was a nice hotel, wonderful gardens, good food but as for the beach i would go south of Mombasa where the beaches are nicer, white sand and much calmer sea. From the Hotel reception and plus guest relation officer who was on duty that evening, we were very much impressed with the warm hospitality. Jahazi Grill, being a sea food specialty restaurant, has a choice to accommodate non-sea food consumers like me. Professional food service staff, great recommendations and excellent service.
