Great rooms, great views, great staff, great restaurant! Stayed there with my parents , on a family vacation. the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were bigger than I have imagined, the breakfast wasamazing, the view is breathtaking . Cool, chic and low key at the same. Totally recomend!

We stayed for a whole week. Very nice hotel, superb staff, good food. Things that could be better: Childrens menu could be a bit more variated and the gym is tiny. The skiing area of Merano 2000 is family style and you need to go for 50-90 minutes by car to reach better skiing resorts.

It has been our 4th visit of the hotel, 1st after reopening, and we enjoyed it again :) I can recommend this hotel to everyone looking for something special and comfortable. We really like thier spa, swiming pool big enough for good swim. great saunas. We also had the arome massage which was also perfect, we can recomment as well.
