There is alot of renovation going on so check the reviews regularly. The hotel is not horrible but it isn't the best we have stayed at for the value for money. We looked at all the pictures, booked a room, but when we got there, they showed us to a little bungalow beside the hotel. The location is marvellous but the rest is terrible to put it mildly. If you are not Vietnamese don't even give it a thought to go there as they make it quite clear that you are not really welcome.
