This family-run hotel is very friendly. Facilities are good. A balcony is always welcome. Room was air-conditioned (essential). Nice swimming-pool at the front (although Lake Garda itself is only a two-minute walk through the tunnel underneath the main road). All staff that I encountered were very helpful and friendly, some speaking fluent English, which always helps!

National Holidays holiday hotel which failed on most counts. Main strength was the view of the Lake from our balcony which was fabulous. However!
