Recently we stayed for 4 nights at Hotel Neuwirt in Axams, Innsbruck. I have stayed in a gasthof in Austria before, and realising this is actually a hotel not a gasthof, I wasn't expecting to get the same "family" feel at Hotel Neuwirt. Well, not only was there no family-feel to the place, but it was downright unfriendly at times....
