“large hotel with no intrest in its guests.”

On entering the hotel we found lots of kids running around etc, the hotel does a lot of work with dasabled children. i think the hotel should advertise this as it is not everyones cup of tea. the check in time for this hotel is 8pm i think this is a bit arkward for such a large hotel. the staff... We have stayed in this hotel previously as it is the best one within our price range that is close to our friend's house.
