We stayed in the room on the second floor above the owner's. Our room was dirty (dead bugs, dirt, etc.) when we arrived. No one came to clean during our stay. Xamach Dos is where you want to be if you want/need quiet, casual, comfortable beachside rest. We just stayed there, only 2 nights, but enjoyed it thoroughly.
