I've stayed at a couple of hotels in Bintulu and this is one that I like. It's walking distance to restaurants, laundry, pubs, massage parlours, convenient stores. Took a single bedroom for RM 635 for 7 nights with air con, wifi, tv and bath towels included. Air con goes by credit hours.
