Not recommended for family.. room service is not good ...this is very low budget hotel.pl do not go with the family in thi hotel... rooms are not good for the family.no food, tea are available in this hotel.

Nice place if u're looking for affordable comfortable stay for few days.. although its in a remote location but its okay if u're familiar with goa..atleast make sure u have the proper address before u visit there..

the location is off beat near porvorim where there is no transportation so i recommend this hotel is only for people who have their own transportation( the hotel helps you get bikes on hire/taxi). rooms are decent, service is ok (compared to the price) avoid having food in house. basically i recommend this place just for accommodation as it is... I went during the New Yr celebration.. "Pathetic property" is an understatement.. Dirty and clumsy rooms.. Tube lights didnt work.. AC was noisy.. Bathroom was really sad.. Room service is perhaps the worst aspect of this hotel.. It is quite far from everything.. No auto / bus / cab available from anywhere near the hotel.. Swear will not go there... More
