The most wonderful & exhilarating experience at the camp. Staff is extremely friendly and the best part is the folks love nature. Food is of the best quality and taste, however I felt there should have been a choice for all meals - augments well that way! On the banks of the kundailaka river, its very peaceful and u feel... Hi Thank you for your response. Glad to know that you loved the place. We would be keen to increase the choices available at Rivertrail once Maharashtra is on the tourism circuit. This will enable us to invest in a transformer giving us a stable power connection, in turn enabling a central kitchen system with freezers, stores etc. We appreciate... More

Dear Sreenivas I am happy to know that you thoroughly enjoyed the place and loved the tent We are constantly striving to improve the camp and these tents were specially ordered for Indian families - they are much larger than usual tents (infact larger than most hotel rooms) and a family of 4 can live very comfortably Look forward to... Great Staff. Very professional people. You have the same activities everywhere but it needs employees like Jaadhav to make River Crossing and Gajanand to make Bullock Ride, your ride for a life time. This company should incentivise its biggest asset; its employees. Everything was well managed, from food to stay to general management. Must visit place. More

Excellent camping site filled with lots of activities very close to bombay. Weather and surrondings are absolutely lush green. Good amount of activities for team bonding like kayaking, treking, night trial, coconut tree climbing etc. Food very simple indian vegetarian cusine, camp site surrounded with lots of fruit trees. The stay at ecomantra and the activities there were real fun and helped to relax from the monotonous city life. Food was wonderful and the mango trees did all the wonders with a drop of each mango from the tree. Food cooked was very delicious. Of course activities like river crossing and Kayaking added to the fun. Next days river... More

Ecomantra is located at a distance of around 120 Kms from Mumbai. It should have taken us 3 hours to reach the camp, but because of the weekend traffic, it took us a little over 4 hours from Malad, Mumbai. But the look and the feel of the camp was enough to refresh us. The welcome drink did wonders and... More

Myself, my wife and six year old son wanted to take an "eco holiday", not too far from Mumbai, and Ecomantra Rivertrail seemed to be a good idea. It is about a 2.5 hour drive from Mumbai, roads are good and when you get there, you have to cross the river in a raft to reach the lodge! That was... More
